Standing on the north of Pearl River delta, Guangzhou is a busy port and a key trading center in the county of Guangzhou. I spent the best time as a single women traveler, since the place had a sub-tropical climate throughout the year. I really loved to explore this prosperous metropolis and the Coastline of South China. They are creator of small, medium enterprises. All single women travelers love to travel to Guangzhou as they do not apply any strict rules towards them. It truly stands to be a fascinating place rich in its history and culture with copious attractions round the city. The transportation was satisfying and safe enough, so I never ended up with issues regarding transportation. I really had the best time ever, and my trip was unforgettable.
Safety tips for women traveling to Guangzhou
Guangzhou is quite a safe place for single women travelers though they come across petty crimes.
1- Pick pockets and chain snatchers are quite common ones here so be sensible at times
2- Lock your belongings, carry limited cash, and store money in your front pocket or money belt to avoid theft.
3- Carry your own medical kit, in case you fall sick due to local water and new food.
4- Carry a lightweight luggage and just a single handbag when you go out for sightseeing.
5- Try to learn a few local words, so that you can manage at times of danger
6- If any stranger approaches you in bad intention just scream out loud, so that local people can help you.
7- Follow their rules of customs and traditions, and try to respect their locals
8- Write down the name and address of the hotel you stay in Chinese, where in case you’re lost the local drivers can help you out.
9- Always keep a Xerox copy of the passport and Chinese visa, since it is mandatory at times you lose your luggage.

There are quality new restaurants and cuisines; I enjoyed my palate of Cantonese cuisines which is one among the famed eight Chinese cuisines. There are numerous things to do in Guangzhou a few are listed. The Sanyuan temple is a much famed and oldest Taoist temple within the city. The tallest construction would be the Canton tower which is equipped with numerous features such as, theatre, restaurants, cafes and many more. Apart from this I enjoyed watching the exhibits which speaks the history in the plentiful museums and galleries. The famed ones being Mausoleum of the Nanue King, Guangzhou museum, Guangdong museum of art and various more. For single women travelers who love to enjoy fresh air and greenery copious parks are available. The Yuntai garden, Yuexiu park, and green walk are a few ones I’ve mentioned.
